5 Valentine's Day Gifts Ideas that aren't boring | League City & Dickinson

Valentine's Day is a week away, have you decided what you're getting your special someone yet?

Valentine's day gifts league city

If you haven't, I have some ideas for you that go beyond store bought chocolates and flower, and some that are local to League City and Dickinson!

Read on for 5 Valentine's Day gift ideas that aren't boring!

  1. Gift a cooking experience! If your loved one's love language is time together, then they will really enjoy an experience that you both can do together. A great way to do this is through cooking classes. I used to teach at a local cooking supply store, and I taught so many couples how to make macarons and you could tell they really enjoyed learning something new together. Check out this place in Houston for cooking classes.

  2. Gift a romantic picnic. You can't go wrong with setting up a romantic picnic for two. Check out The Perfect Picnic-she does amazing work and she's local!

  3. Is your loved one a garden-lover? Consider a lush potted plant arrangement instead of cut flowers. They can be enjoyed all season! I definitely would prefer this versus cut flowers. Another option is to buy a potted orchid and repot it into a container it can actually thrive in (the pots used for orchids in the grocery store are actually a death-sentence for them). Watch how to do that here!

  4. A coffee mug and warmer. If your loved one is always reheating their coffee, then this is perfect for them! As someone who's guilty of that myself, this would be much appreciated! Check out this one here. Someone should probably send this list to my husband😂

  5. Last but definitely not least, gift your loved one a Bakery Box from yours truly! I have 2 sizes available, and you can check them out here. Because what's not to love about brownies, homemade chocolate dipped strawberries, cupcakes and macarons??

I hope you enjoyed this list. P.S. Friday is the last day to order your bakery boxes, so hurry up and do that now!
